dpp real estate is excited to announce Hasmig Kalemkaryan as a new agent to our Pasadena family.

Hasmig is a skilled negotiator and will be an advocate on your behalf to help you buy the home or investment property of your dreams. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients are satisfied.

Hasmig was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Her love for traveling brought her to California. She has resided in the beautiful city of Pasadena for the last 15 years with her husband and three children. She has a great knowledge of the real estate market.

Hasmig was first introduced to Real Estate by her mother, who has been a Realtor for over 30 years. While watching her mother assist so many individuals in finding their dream homes, she developed a strong passion in wanting to help people, which also led her to Real Estate.

Prior to Real Estate, Hasmig completed her Master’s in School Counseling at LMU. She worked as an educator and counselor to children for years, which fostered her passion for her community. She enjoys devoting time to others and being an active participant in her community.
